We are a dentist recruiting company working with a private office , that is seeking a dentist due to their associate relocating soon. They have many established patients already as well as a healthy flow of new patients each month. The office has hundreds of online reviews averaging 5 stars!

The office is mostly fee for service and a couple of PPO plans. The office is completely state of the art, with digital x-rays, paperless charting, intraoral cameras and a CBCT. No nights and no weekends are required. They have a wonderful and long tenured staff as well.

They would consider a dentist anywhere from 3 to 5 days per week, depending on preference. No nights and no weekends. General restorative procedures is all that is required but they can offer wonderful mentoring in advanced procedures .

They are offering a very competitive guaranteed salary of 230K per year and 35% of collections. Also zero lab fees deducted. They're also offering health insurance, retirement plan (with a 3% match), and continuing education stipend. A full time and experienced dentist can expect to earn between 230K and 350K per year depending on experience and procedures performed.

Associate Dentist Requirements:

• Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
