Responsibilities:

Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls, schedule service appointments, dispatch technicians, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire service process.
• Coordinate and route daily service calls efficiently, optimizing technician schedules, travel routes, and appointment windows to maximize productivity.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on booked appointments, confirm service details, communicate arrival times, and ensure customers are prepared for scheduled visits.
• Follow up with customers throughout the day regarding technician ETAs, service updates, completed repairs, estimates, and any outstanding concerns.
• Process customer payments, collect balances due, assist with billing inquiries, and ensure accurate payment documentation and transaction records.
• Manage customer inquiries across multiple marketing and communication platforms, including phone calls, emails, online leads, social media messages, and website inquiries.
• Monitor and respond to customer correspondence across all company communication channels, ensuring timely responses, professional communication, and consistent follow-through.
• Document and update customer records, service histories, appointment details, payment information, and customer interactions accurately within Service Titan.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to generate repeat business, reconnect with previous customers, follow up on unsold estimates, and convert incoming leads into booked service appointments.
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day to monitor job progress, coordinate schedule changes, relay customer concerns, and ensure service calls are completed efficiently.
• Provide customers with information regarding company services, maintenance programs, promotions, warranties, and available service options.
• Assist with lead management, marketing campaign follow-ups, online reviews, customer feedback, and maintaining a positive company reputation across digital platforms.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally, escalate complex issues when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction from the initial call through job completion.
• Maintain an organized and proactive workflow by prioritizing incoming calls, outbound follow-ups, dispatch needs, payments, and customer communications throughout the workday.

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Previous experience in dispatching
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual preferred
• Service Titan experience preferred
• Must be able to work in-house 12pm-8pm

Our Call Center is very fast paced and will require you to think on your feet and multitask. We're looking for sharp, quick thinkers who thrive in high paced work environments.

There is exponential room for growth with our company as we need Office Managers, Office Assistants and Managers for multiple roles.

Compensation:

• $18-21 Per Hour.
• Medical, Dental, 401K Available as well as Paid Vacation & Sick Leave.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday and rotating Saturdays.
