Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your background in school-based physical therapy will be highly valued, as you collaborate with educators and families to deliver tailored PT services. Working on site, you’ll contribute directly to student progress and functional independence throughout the academic year.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience working in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Ability to serve a diverse PreK-8th grade caseload
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting students’ physical development and access to education

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students to determine treatment needs and goals
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP objectives
• Deliver direct physical therapy services in accordance with each student's needs
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and caregivers
• Provide consultative support and resources to educational teams as appropriate
