We are looking for a dependable, personable, and motivated individual who is seeking a long-term opportunity to become a valued member of our dental family.

This position is primarily front desk, but we are seeking someone with dental assisting experience who can confidently step into a clinical role when needed.

We aren't simply looking to fill a position — we're looking for the right person to grow with our practice for years to come!

Primary Responsibilities – Front Desk

• Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain an efficient daily schedule.
• Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility.
• Assist with insurance claims, preauthorizations, and follow-ups.
• Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements.
• Collect payments and manage patient accounts.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft.
• Work closely with our doctors, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Additional Responsibilities – Clinical Support

• Provide chairside assistance when needed.
• Take dental radiographs in accordance with Maryland regulations.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with patient care.
• Follow sterilization and infection control protocols.
• Support the clinical team during staffing needs or busy schedules.

Required Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting experience is a MUST.
• Current Maryland dental radiology certification is REQUIRED.
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently.
• Dependable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to assist wherever needed to support the practice.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dental front desk experience.
• Eaglesoft dental software experience.
• Dental insurance knowledge, including verification, claims, and billing.
• Experience with treatment planning and patient scheduling.
