Job Responsibilities :
- Meet with clients and be one of the faces of the firm
- Preparation and review of federal & state income/franchise tax returns for corporations, partnerships, trusts, non-profits and individuals
- Tax planning, projections and research for clients
- Represent clients with IRS, State or other audits
- Bookkeeping, payroll taxes, financial statements
- Maintain client confidentiality and protects the firm's financial security by following internal controls
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and exceptional service
Qualifications :
- 4 years Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Accounting or similar field is a must
- Current CPA Certification or In Process of Studying
- 2+ years' experience
- Strong technological skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Takes initiative and able to multi-task
- Team oriented with the ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to clients
