Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Project Specialist opportunity in Arden Hills, MN (Hybrid 3-4 days onsite) . Responsibilities for Project Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Serve as a point of contact for routine inquiries from external law firms and other legal service providers.

• Respond to or appropriately route questions regarding billing, invoicing, administrative requirements, and Legal department processes.

• Assist with onboarding and maintaining information for law firms and other legal vendors.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to resolve administrative issues and outstanding requests.

• Maintain accurate law firm, vendor, and contact information within applicable Legal systems and records. Assist with administrative tasks as needed

• Promote a high level of customer service while collaborating with internal business partners and external law firms.

Candidates for Project Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities while meeting deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach.

• Demonstrated ability to investigate issues, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and follow matters through to resolution. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in legal operations, a corporate Legal department, law firm administration, accounts payable, finance, procurement, or a similar administrative role preferred.

• Experience with e-billing, matter management, accounts payable, or other Legal technology platforms is a plus.

• Experience with SAP or other enterprise financial systems is a plus.

• Continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying and implementing process efficiencies.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $38.30 per hour
