Job DescriptionPosition: Direct Support Professional Reports to: Residential Manager Supervises: No positions Required Qualifications:Current valid Arizona Driver's License Able to communicate effectively with individuals in service and team members using both verbal and written skillsAble to use computer proficientlyPhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift 50 pounds to help provide support and safety for individuals supported by lifting, moving, positioning, and transporting individuals served; May be required to use Hoyer Lifts, Wheelchairs, gait belt, etc.)Able to meet all background checks and personal history checks
