Medical Assistant

Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Medical Assistant to join their team. As a Medical Assistant, you will be part of the clinical support staff supporting patient care and clinic operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient interactions, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Medical Assistant Location: Ann Arbor, MI Pay Range: $18-$19 per hour Shift: Monday-Friday Day Shift + Saturday Mornings depending on the clinic What's the Job?- Support efficient patient flow throughout the clinic
- Prepare exam rooms for patient visits and procedures
- Assist with diagnostic procedures and treatments
- Perform electronic medical charting accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant program, or equivalent experience
- Experience taking patient vitals in a clinical setting
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Weekly pay
- Consistent day shift schedule with limited weekend hours
