Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

This role encompasses production operator responsibilities in a fast-paced warehousing and engine assembly environment. Production Operators assemble and disassemble engines, perform leak tests, and apply coolant to components.

Essential Skills

• At least 2 years of experience working in a production or warehouse environment.
• Hands-on experience with production, assembly, and general labor tasks.
• Proficiency using hand tools in an assembly or manufacturing setting.
• Experience with inspection, inventory handling, and shipping and receiving processes.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for the majority of the shift.
• Comfort working on an assembly line and handling repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to complete a background check.
• Willingness to complete drug testing.
• Ownership of steel toe shoes or boots and ability to wear them throughout the shift.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively in a structured, fast-paced environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, MI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
