Responsibilities Mount bearings, run multiple size lathes, line rolls up with a dial indicator, and doing so with safe practices. Perform all job requirements according to procedures as outlined in the VOITH Quality Manual, Company Procedures, and Work Instructions. Report problems to higher levels of authority as required by the Quality System. All other duties that may be assigned. Willing to learn multiple positions (cross train.) Requirements Use standard hand tools, including hammers, crescent wrenches, end wrenches, squares, tape measures, and various saws. Overhead crane experience preferred. Knowledge of a dial indicator, diameter tape, and micrometer is a plus. Demonstrate strong basic math skills. Physical Requirements Lift at least 60 pounds multiple times. Work 12 hour shifts when needed while constantly staying focused.
