Contract Length: 8 weeks
⏰ Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week
Work Setting: On-site
️ Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Weekends Required: No
Job Summary
Empath Health is seeking two part-time PACE Schedulers to provide administrative support to the PACE Center, including clinic and day center operations.
Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, supporting the PACE interdisciplinary team, and communicating with participants and their families to help ensure smooth daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently
- Good judgment, discretion, and ability to collaborate with multiple teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of healthcare scheduling or administrative experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with CPT codes
- Medical Assistant certification preferred
Education
High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- On-site attendance required at one of the listed locations
- No weekend shifts
