Assistant Manager - Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
  • Staff Management: Lead, motivate, and supervise the front-of-house and kitchen staff to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Daily Revenue Oversight: Monitor and manage daily revenue and financial transactions.
  • General Cleaning and Food Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
  • Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service and support to customers, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Cash and Register Handling: Accurately handle cash management and register operations.
  • Employee Motivation: Foster a motivated and engaged team through effective leadership and support.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Schedule

Full-time availability required, including evenings and weekends.
