Production Operator

Immediately Hiring! Production Operator, Oak Creek Pay Rate: $25.14 plus shift differential Shift: 11pm-7:30am Primary Responsibilities: Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production equipment (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging). This includes: Setting up the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders. Operating equipment safely and effectively for production processing. Ensuring that equipment are maintained in good and safe working condition. Inspecting equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions and repairs. Providing assistance to junior operators in their responsibilities. Cleaning the equipment when needed. Evaluating equipment performance and recommending improvements. Operating trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer the production materials between warehouse and working area. Following safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation. Qualifications: Ability to lift to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day. Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
