Your RoleDelivery & GovernanceOwn planning, execution, cutover, and stabilization for the assigned Cards workstream.Establish and maintain delivery plans, milestones, RAID, dependencies, and readiness checkpoints.Enforce delivery controls, reporting, and governance aligned to the overall program.Execution & CoordinationCoordinate daily execution across architects, BAs, system analysts, engineering, testing, and vendors.Manage cross-stream dependencies, integrations, and handoffs to ensure aligned timelines.Drive issue resolution and ensure milestone commitments are met.Stakeholder & CommunicationAct as the primary workstream interface for bank stakeholders, product teams, vendors, and leadership.Provide structured status updates, KPIs, and escalation inputs to SteerCos.Change, Risk & ReadinessOwn workstream-level change, risk, and dependency management.Ensure functional, technical, testing, and operational readiness across SIT, UAT, scheme certification, and cutover.Cards Domain OversightApply Cards domain expertise to guide delivery across issuing flows, integrations, and certification cycles.Ensure adherence to scheme mandates, PCI-DSS, and bank compliance standards.Your ProfileSkills & CompetenciesCore SkillsStrong program/workstream delivery managementDeep understanding of Cards domain (issuing lifecycle, authorization, clearing, settlement)Risk and issue management expertiseStakeholder and executive communicationVendor and third-party managementTechnical & Functional KnowledgeCards platforms (e.g., TSYS, VisionPLUS, PowerCARD, etc.)Payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)Integration architecture and APIsTesting lifecycle (SIT, UAT, certification)Compliance and regulatory standards (PCI-DSS, local regulations)Leadership & Behavioral CompetenciesStrong ownership and accountabilityResults-driven with high attention to detailAbility to manage complexity and ambiguityCollaborative leadership and team coordinationExcellent communication and influencing skillsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)On-time delivery of workstream milestonesAdherence to budget and resource plansDefect leakage and quality metricsRisk and issue resolution timelinesStakeholder satisfaction and governance effectivenessWhat You'll Like About Working HereWe promote Diversity & Inclusion as we believe diversity of thought fuels excellence and innovation.In Capgemini, we enable people to be the architects of their career growth.
