Construction Project Administrator - Dayshift Remote

Position : Construction Project Administrator Salary : $1,000 - $1,500 AUD per month Working Hours & Conditions : Australian Hours

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized Construction Project Administrator to support our Australian project management team with project documentation, permit applications, council submissions, inspection coordination, and general administrative tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare documentation for building permit applications and respond to RFIs. Prepare documentation for occupancy permit applications. Assist with applications to local councils and other authorities. Prepare and lodge service connection applications (water, sewer, electricity, telecommunications, etc.). Book and follow up required inspections. File, organize, and maintain project plans, permits, drawings, and project documentation. Track approvals, submissions, and outstanding actions. Provide general administrative support to Project Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in construction administration, project coordination, architecture, engineering, or a similar role. Strong organizational and document management skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PDF editing software. Preferred Experience supporting Australian construction, engineering, or property development projects. Knowledge of building permits, occupancy permits, council approvals, and construction compliance processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr D2B
