Accounts Payable Associate

A well-established and growing automotive service and tire distribution company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join its accounting team in Birdsboro, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized financial professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate records and strong vendor relationships.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00-5:00 or 8:30-5:30)
Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour (Temp-to-Hire) | ~$55,000 upon conversion

Accounts Payable Associate Job Description:

1. Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices
2. Process 80-100 invoices per day with a high degree of speed and accuracy
3. Enter invoices into the ERP/accounting system while ensuring data integrity
4. Monitor and manage the centralized AP inbox and maintain organized digital filing systems

Accounts Payable Associate Job Requirements:

1. Associate's Degree required (Accounting, Business, or related field); Bachelor's preferred
2. 2-4 years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
3. Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly with minimal supervision
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
5. Experience with ERP systems and general accounting software
