TJIII LLC, a Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is looking for motivated, dependable, energetic, and team-oriented Delivery Drivers to join our growing team.

As a Delivery Driver, you will play an important role in ensuring packages are delivered safely, accurately, and on time . We provide a company vehicle and paid training, so you can focus on delivering excellent service to our customers.

No personal vehicle required!

Schedule

• At least one weekend day may be required for most positions

• Day shift only

Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver, you will:

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle.

• Deliver approximately 250–350 packages per shift , depending on the assigned route.

• Deliver packages safely, accurately, and on time.

• Provide professional and courteous customer service.

• Use a handheld device for navigation, routing, and delivery instructions.

• Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle.

• Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Navigate residential and commercial delivery routes.

• Follow assigned delivery schedules and instructions.

• Work safely in varying weather and road conditions.

• Maintain a strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Basic Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older .

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record .

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test .

• Must be comfortable driving for extended periods.

• Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.

• Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.

• Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality are required.

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous driving experience of 1–2 years is preferred but not required.
