Patient Support Call Center Agent
Access Health Care Physicians LLC
Access Healthcare is seeking a Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, delivering high-quality customer service and accurate information. You will meet daily call volume targets, document patient interactions, and resolve inquiries, while following standard operating procedures and healthcare terminology.
