What You'll Do

• Assist customers over the phone with questions about their accounts, payments,

products, and services.

• Provide friendly, professional support while resolving customer concerns and

finding the best solutions.

• Help customers understand their rental agreements, payment options, and

account status.

• Process account updates, payments, and service requests accurately.

• Document customer interactions in our system to ensure accurate records.

• Collaborate with teammates to provide timely, consistent service.

• Follow company policies and procedures while delivering an outstanding

customer experience.

• Meet quality and performance expectations in a fast-paced, team-oriented

environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service, call center, retail, or office experience is preferred.

• Strong communication and active listening skills.

• A positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.

• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Comfortable using computers and learning multiple software systems.

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
