Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings through virtual platforms to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address clients' unique challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring cohesive and integrated care for all clients.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, fostering understanding and involvement in the recovery process to enhance family dynamics and overall support for the client.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring the utmost respect for client privacy.

Qualifications

• A valid and active license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or Doctor of Psychology.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling, backed by specialized training or substantial clinical experience.
• An in-depth understanding of evidence-based practices for managing various mental health conditions.
• Strong therapeutic skills that facilitate rapport-building and actively motivate clients through their recovery journey.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective collaboration with colleagues and participating in team meetings.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in telehealth or virtual counseling environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and the use of telecommunication tools for therapy.
• Background in trauma-informed care or specialized modalities that equip therapists to address specific mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary between USD 90,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and professional credentials.
