About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Business Officer to play a pivotal role in the advancement of its therapeutic pipeline. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic process of identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and executing high-value transactions, including licensing, collaboration, and financing, that are essential for the company's growth and the delivery of innovative therapies to patients. This executive will be at the forefront of shaping and executing the company's corporate development, business development, strategic partnering, and investor relations strategies, with a focus on creating long-term value for both patients and shareholders.
