Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments using telehealth platforms, ensuring that treatment plans are personalized and adhere to established best practices. Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), uniquely adapting them for effective remote delivery. Maintain timely and accurate records following compliance standards, utilizing secure electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and treatment progress. Collaborate virtually with our multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enrich patient care through consultations and shared insights. Patient Population / Client Focus In your role, you will primarily serve individuals in a detox center, many of whom are undergoing significant life changes and may be dealing with co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. Your ability to connect and build rapport using effective digital communication will be essential in guiding them towards a healthier future. This position requires sensitivity and adaptability to help clients navigate their unique paths to recovery with dignity and respect. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience focused on providing exceptional psychotherapy services. Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapeutic techniques suitable for remote intervention. Excellent communication skills, adept at establishing trust and understanding through virtual interactions. Strong critical thinking abilities, capable of navigating complex patient situations with empathy and professionalism. Experience working independently while being an integral part of a collaborative virtual team. Preferred Experience Previous experience in detox or substance use treatment settings. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
