Production Supervisor 2nd shift - Sheet Metal Fabrication

Are you ready for new challenges?We’re seeking a Sheet Metal Fabrication Supervisor to lead shop floor operations and oversee the fabrication team. This role ensures safety, quality, and productivity in line with TRUMPF standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise shop floor personnel in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.Ensure adherence to quality standards and support corrective actions as needed.Manage daily production schedule and resource allocation to meet OTD, quality, and productivity goals.Support new product introductions and process improvements.Oversee employee scheduling, training, development, and safety compliance.Forecast department needs and assist in hiring and equipment planning.Drive lean manufacturing (SYNCHRO) and 5S initiatives.QualificationsSupervisory experience in manufacturing required.Experience with TRUMPF products, SYNCHRO, and SAP (or similar systems) a plus.Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.Why TRUMPF?Join a global leader in manufacturing technology with opportunities for growth, innovation, and professional development.TRUMPF Inc. endeavors to make TRUMPF careers pages accessible to any and all users.
