Construction Technician
Eaton Sales & Service is currently seeking a Construction Technician based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Job responsibilities include traveling to and from customer work sites, installing fuel storage tank and lubrication systems, and performing construction activities such as installing fiberglass, steel, poly, and flexible piping, minor concrete removal and replacement, hand trenching and digging, and sometimes welding. Use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading, and operating and caring for equipment and machines are also required. The candidate must maintain a safe work site according to OSHA rules and site-specific safety.
Qualifications include a high school degree or equivalent, a valid driver's license, the ability to meet company driver policy requirements, being 18 years or older, the ability to work overtime as needed, occasional out-of-town projects, the ability to take direction/follow instructions and communicate ideas, high mechanical aptitude, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, the ability to lift to 75 lbs., and the ability to operate power tools. Punctuality and a strong work ethic are also required. The candidate must be able to pass a background check, DOT, and drug screening.
We will provide on-the-job training for any candidate that is self-motivated, reliable, and seeking a career in the Petroleum Industry. Eaton is a Zero-Tolerance Drug Free Workplace.

Pay: DOQ ($25.00/hr. base)
