Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 + Benefits + 401(k) Match + PTO

A leading general contractor serving the Colorado Springs market is adding a Project Manager to its team as part of continued growth, with a focus on Commercial, federal, or related construction projects.

This firm has earned a strong reputation for delivering quality federal, commercial, and industrial work and currently holds a healthy project backlog —making this a great opportunity to join a stable GC.

The right candidate will take full ownership of ground-up projects from kickoff through closeout, working alongside experienced Superintendents and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of project management — budget, schedule, and resource planning — from start to finish
• Coordinate closely with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and government representatives to keep projects moving and maintain quality standards
• Evaluate plans and specs to catch potential issues early and suggest improvements
• Oversee quality control and manage project staff to stay on schedule and within budget
• Handle contract review, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and other key project documentation in accordance with federal reporting standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Ground-up project experience on federal, commercial, or industrial construction projects
• Bachelor's degree helpful but not required
