Actualmente buscamos un Ensamblador de Producción dedicado para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este rol, será responsable de ensamblar partes de productos de acuerdo con nuestras pautas de producción, asegurando la más alta calidad de nuestros productos. Esta posición ofrece la oportunidad de trabajar en un ambiente dinámico y acelerado donde la atención al detalle y las habilidades mecánicas son altamente valoradas.

Esta posición requiere el uso de información o acceso a hardware y documentos que están sujetos a las Regulaciones Internacionales de Tráfico en Armas (ITAR). Esta posición debe ser capaz de cumplir con los requisitos de ITAR y otras leyes de control de exportaciones de los U.S.

Responsabilidades

Ensamblar las partes del producto asignadas en la línea de ensamblaje siguiendo las pautas de producción.
Interpretar dibujos, viajeros y listas de materiales.
Utilizar diversas herramientas y equipos como herramientas de medición, herramientas de engarzado, máquinas de corte y pelado de cables.
Realizar engarzado manual, atado de puntos, encaje continuo y encaje plano.
Aplicar fundas y botas termocontraíbles.
Soldar pines, contactos, copas de soldadura, micro-miniaturas, mangas de soldadura y empalmes de alambre de bus.
Ensamblar componentes según sea necesario, limpiar moldes y formular compuestos de 2 partes utilizando accesorios para lograr la geometría deseada.
Realizar controles puntuales de los productos para asegurar la adherencia a los estándares de calidad aprobados.
Reportar cualquier discrepancia de producto.
