Product Manager, Curinos One Capture

We are seeking a Product Manager to support and grow Curinos One Capture, the acquisition module of the Curinos One Decision Intelligence Platform.

In this role, you will help translate client needs, proprietary data, advanced analytics and market expertise into practical product capabilities that help financial institutions make smarter customer acquisition decisions. You will work at the intersection of financial services, advertising technology, data science and product delivery, turning complex data and predictive intelligence into clear workflows and measurable marketing outcomes.

Given the scope of the Capture pod, this Product Manager will co-own the roadmap with another Product Manager while taking end-to-end ownership of a defined set of quarterly metrics and initiatives across both discovery and build.

You will

• Develop a deep understanding of client needs across customer acquisition, audience targeting, campaign optimization and decision intelligence
• Co-own the Curinos One Capture roadmap with another Product Manager, while owning end-to-end delivery for a defined set of quarterly metrics and initiatives
• Translate market problems, acquisition workflows and analytical insights into clear product requirements and customer-facing capabilities
• Partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Product Delivery and business stakeholders to bring new capabilities to market
• Use client discovery, campaign results, product usage and business performance to improve existing products and guide future investment

Responsibilities

Strategic Vision

Co-own the product vision and roadmap for Curinos One Capture with another Product Manager. Help prioritize product investments based on client needs, market opportunity, business impact, technical feasibility and product performance, while taking clear accountability for assigned quarterly outcomes.

Customer-Centric Innovation

Develop strong empathy for financial institutions' acquisition, targeting and campaign performance challenges. Validate problems and solutions with clients and internal experts, and connect product decisions to measurable customer outcomes.

Product Discovery and Development

Conduct product discovery, define requirements and support delivery of new capabilities that improve acquisition decisions, audience intelligence and campaign workflows. Each quarter, own a defined set of discovery and build initiatives from problem framing through launch, learning and iteration.

AI and Model-Driven Products

Partner with Data Science, Engineering and subject matter experts to turn proprietary data, predictive models, optimization methods and AI-enabled recommendations into clear, trusted product experiences. Help clients understand opportunities, compare alternatives and make better acquisition decisions.

Market and Ecosystem Leadership

Maintain current expertise across direct mail and digital acquisition, including paid media, paid search, programmatic advertising, audience targeting, identity, attribution, measurement, activation platforms, agencies and data partners. Build working knowledge of financial services acquisition and marketing workflows where it supports the broader product portfolio.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Work closely with Engineering, UX, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Product Delivery and business stakeholders to bring new capabilities to market and maximize customer impact.

Performance and Learning

Define and monitor product, client and business performance measures for assigned areas of ownership. Use campaign results, experimentation, client feedback, usage data, market evidence and win/loss insights to improve existing capabilities, inform future roadmap decisions and show progress against quarterly goals.

Salary Range: $145,000- $155,000 USD (plus Bonus)

Desired Skills & Expertise

• 4+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience in Advertising Technology, Marketing Technology, audience intelligence customer acquisition, campaign optimization, marketing decision making and/or media activation
• Strong understanding of modern customer acquisition ecosystems, including direct mail and digital channels, audience targeting, identity, attribution and measurement
• Experience building data-intensive B2B software products that turn complex market data, predictive models, benchmarks or analytics into clear customer workflows and decisions.
• Ability to translate client needs, subject matter expertise and analytical concepts into clear product requirements, user stories and roadmap priorities
• Demonstrated experience working with Engineering, UX, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Product Delivery and business stakeholders in an Agile environment
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to explain nuanced product, marketing and analytical concepts to executive clients and technical and non-technical internal stakeholders
• Strong judgment, ownership and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, own quarterly outcomes and make practical trade-offs

Preferred Experience

• Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or customer acquisition within a regulated industry.
• Experience with customer data platforms, marketing analytics, identity resolution, data clean rooms, media measurement or activation platforms.
• Experience with market benchmarks, competitive intelligence, client-facing analytics, campaign performance tools or decision-support products.
