What We Offer: $30 - $40 /hr (based on experience) 50% off organic meals daily 20% off in-store purchases 401k with 4% match, Paid Vacation, Health Benefits and much more… Bonuses and sales rewards (for some departments) HUGE opportunities for career growth What You Will Do: Travel to assigned grocery store locations to complete maintenance and repair requests Perform basic plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, etc.) Perform basic electrical work (light fixtures, outlets, switches, troubleshooting) Repair and patch drywall, paint, and perform general carpentry work Install and repair floor and wall tile as needed Perform general store upkeep including shelving, doors, hardware, and minor equipment repairs Complete preventative maintenance tasks to avoid operational disruptions Maintain tools, supplies, and service vehicle Communicate repair status and timelines with store leadership Identify safety issues and elevate major repairs to management Respond to urgent maintenance needs when required Other duties as assigned. What You Will Bring: Experience in facilities maintenance, handyman work, or similar role preferred Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and tile repair Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently Comfortable traveling between multiple store locations daily Strong time management and organization skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work (climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, etc.) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Basic tools preferred (or ability to use company-provided tools) Erewhon has many opportunities for career development and growth as we expand across Southern California with eleven current stores (Beverly Hills, Calabasas, Culver City, Grove (Fairfax), Pasadena, Manhattan Beach, Santa Monica, Silver Lake, Studio City, Venice and West Hollywood) and a few more stores coming soon including Glendale!
