Responsibilities Title: Occupational Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday Assist patients in achieving functional goals through assessment, individualized intervention, and education for patients and caregivers. Design and implement programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and make referrals when necessary. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Valid, unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice. Posted Salary Range USD $50.00–$65.00 /hr.
