Physician - Urology Silverdale

Summary: Looking for a full time bread and butter Urologist for clinic and call. Clinic Manager will provide clinic tour/orientation before start date. Applicants should be interested in a wide variety of general cases, clinic, rounding, and OR. Candidates should be collegial team players with good patient and customer service skills. Robot onsite at hospital for cases if needed. Will be sole provider in a fast paced/busy dept. Provider may take hospital call during clinic hours.

Rate Caps for Submission:
Malpractice - Must be included in rates.
Orientation - half the hourly/callback rate*** kicks in after 8 hours. "Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours"

An up-to-date CV (solely) is still required to submit in "Name Clear Documents" initially when sending a new name clear. Vendors will have until bid due date to submit a PDF of ALL presentation documents. If PDF is not submitted, TRIO will not clear provider.
