What You'll Do

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function
Deliver skilled therapy in a post-acute setting
Support safe, efficient, and successful discharges
Collaborate closely with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What You Bring

Active California Physical Therapist license (required)
Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (not required)
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Positive, team-first attitude
