Engaging customers through a consultative sales approach, the full-time Insurance Account Executive will assist prospective and existing clients in obtaining insurance coverage for homeowners, auto, RV, and other products while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Engage customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized solutions across various lines Drive lead conversion through high-volume outreach and manage the complete sales process from quoting to policy binding Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and stay current on insurance products and carrier platforms Required Qualifications Minimum of one year of Property and Casualty Insurance experience preferred, with a focus on brokerage work Property and Casualty License preferred but not required; support for licensing provided Strong commitment to customer service with a detail-oriented approach Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office products Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment Virtual Vocations Inc
