ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2002 and have been with State Farm since 1989. I'm a graduate of the University of West Florida, where I earned my B.A. in Finance, graduating Cum Laude. I feel incredibly fortunate to have built my entire career with State Farm and continue doing work centered around helping people and serving our customers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an  Account Associate for Bill Pool - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
