About the Role

S-5! is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Digital Marketing & HubSpot Specialist to manage digital advertising campaigns, support HubSpot operations, and turn marketing data into actionable insights.

This hands-on role combines digital campaign execution, marketing technology, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing the day-to-day details while identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, lead generation, and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Advertising: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, monitoring budgets, conversions, lead quality, and campaign performance.

• Marketing Analytics: Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards, evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements.
\n
• HubSpot Administration: Support daily HubSpot operations, including user management, contact records, segmentation, email campaigns, workflows, and CRM data quality.
\n
• Campaign Execution: Build and maintain HubSpot landing pages and forms, manage tracking links and QR codes, and coordinate digital advertising placements and deliverables.
\n
• SEO & Website Coordination: Monitor technical SEO performance using SEMrush or similar tools and collaborate with the Web team to identify and resolve issues.
\n
• Marketing Technology: Monitor conversion tracking, lead attribution, and platform integrations, collaborating with external consultants on advanced technical projects.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including email marketing, contact management, landing pages, and reporting.
\n
• Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns; familiarity with Meta and LinkedIn advertising.
\n
• Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, conversion tracking, campaign attribution, and performance reporting.
\n
• Familiarity with SEMrush or comparable SEO tools.
\n
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and translate marketing data into meaningful recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing, manufacturing, or industries with longer sales cycles.

• HubSpot, Google Ads, or Google Analytics certifications.
\n
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, marketing automation, and CRM integrations.
