About Frontall:
Frontall HR Solutions is a U.S.-based workforce solutions company that helps businesses grow with the right people in place. We design, build, and manage dedicated remote teams that integrate with our clients' operations, allowing companies to expand capacity quickly, maintain flexibility, and keep labor costs under control.
About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help grow Frontall USA's client base in the Las Vegas market.
You'll connect with businesses, build relationships, and introduce our staffing and workforce solutions.
This is a commission-only opportunity with flexible hours and recurring commissions.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and connect with potential business clients.
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Present our workforce solutions and identify sales opportunities.
- Generate leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Manage your sales pipeline and collaborate with our team to close deals.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- B2B sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR services is a plus.
