Remote Credits and Refunds Associate

Managing credit balances and issuing refunds, the full-time Remote Credits and Refunds Associate will utilize expertise in payment entry and cash management workflows while working remotely with occasional office visits for meetings or training. Key responsibilities Manage credit balances and process refunds for customers Perform manual and electronic payment entry, deposit verification, and reconciliation Investigate variances and oversee reimbursement and cash management workflows Required qualifications Minimum of two years of medical or healthcare-related payment entry experience Knowledge of medical claims submission, denial investigation, and insurance terminology Ability to read and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) documents Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Office tools Understanding of confidentiality compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
