Certified Arborist

We are looking for an experienced certified Arborist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of tree biology, pruning techniques, and general tree care practices. This candidate will be responsible for visiting a client's property, inspecting trees and shrubs, diagnosing diseases, recommending services, and, along with our team, perform recommended services. Responsibilities: Must be a certified arborist (or ability to become certified soon) Must have tree removal/pruning experience Must be able to properly and safely operate tools and equipment such as chainsaws, loaders, chippers, and stump grinders. Must be able to assess hazards in a work site and efficently perform assigned jobs Must have knowledge to identify trees, disgnose problems and write up an estimate for recommended services. Must be comfortable meeting with client and discussing tree health care plan Must provide excellent customer service and high-quality work to clients while on site Must be willing to complete safety and workplace trainings and continue education in the industry Must hold a valid drivers license (CDL and experience w/manual transmission is a bonus, but not required) Must be able to drive a truck and trailer Must be a reliable employee Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Application Question(s): Are you an ISA Certified Arborist?
