Assisting Hands Home Care is hiring CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers for flexible schedules with consistent hours and cases close to home . We are looking for compassionate professionals with experience in personal care and dementia support who want a reliable and supportive work environment.

What you'll do:

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Assist with transfers and mobility support
• Support clients with daily routines and safety
• Offer companionship and engagement
• Provide dementia care with patience and understanding
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication reminders and documentation

Requirements:

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia
• Experience with personal care, dementia care, and mobility assistance
• CPR certification and negative TB screening
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist safely with transfers
