Medicare Field Agent

Humana is seeking a Medicare Field Agent to grow and support our Medicare membership across Western and Central Pennsylvania. In this field-based role, you will educate Medicare-eligible individuals on Humana’s plan options, conduct community and partner outreach, and guide prospects through compliant enrollment. You will manage a local territory, nurture relationships with providers and community organizations, and document activity in CRM tools. Ideal candidates bring Medicare or health insurance sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving member health outcomes.
