Nittany Energy is seeking a passionate Outside Sales Specialist - Commercial Fuel to join our team in the Lewistown area. This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with long-standing clients while driving new business growth with our commercial fuel products. You'll be working directly with businesses, farmers, construction sites, and other commercial clients, ensuring they receive the best service and energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong, proactive relationships with existing accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and service excellence.
• Conduct in-person client visits to build rapport, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify new sales opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and drive sales growth in the commercial sector.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
• Attend regular sales meetings and provide insights on customer needs and market trends.
• Assist inside operations with customer support.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required; additional education in sales or business is a plus.
• Self-motivated individual with an outgoing personality and a strong customer service focus.
• Previous sales experience is not required but a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and Email etiquette.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a knack for prioritizing tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
