Quant Analytics Senior Associate - Card Marketing

Job Description

You’re ready to turn complex customer and campaign data into clear, actionable insights that shape digital marketing strategy. You’ll work across cross-functional partners to measure performance, run testing, and identify optimization opportunities that help grow customer acquisition and strengthen business outcomes.

As a Quantitative Analytics Senior Associate at JPMorganChase within the Card Marketing team, you will own analytics for multiple digital campaign strategies and translate data into recommendations that influence senior leaders. You’ll combine rigorous measurement, experimentation, and storytelling to help drive smarter decisions and stronger results.

Job responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics for multiple digital marketing campaign strategies, including performance measurement and ongoing optimization
• Conduct customer behavior analyses to identify key trends, opportunities, and drivers of acquisition performance
• Design, execute, and interpret A/B and incrementality tests to evaluate campaign impact and guide future strategy
• Perform profitability and optimization analyses to support data-driven budget allocation and targeting decisions
• Partner with marketing strategy managers across digital channels to improve existing campaigns and develop new approaches
• Synthesize large datasets into concise insights and clear recommendations for stakeholders and senior leadership
• Communicate findings through compelling storytelling using presentations, discussions, and data visualizations

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (such as data science, analytics, mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, economics, or finance)
• 3+ years of industry experience in business analytics roles (such as digital analytics, customer analytics, marketing analytics, sales analytics, business insights)
• Advanced SQL skills with experience querying large, complex datasets
• Applied experience with modern analytics and data science tools such as Python, R, Hive, or Alteryx
• Experience with visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) to translate analysis into executive-ready insights
• Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience communicating clearly with partners and senior leaders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience in financial services or regulated industries
• Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to develop subject matter expertise in your focus area
• Strategic mindset with the ability to connect analytics to business goals and marketing decisions
• Strong organization and prioritization skills, with experience managing multiple deliverables in parallel
