Job Overview:


The Welder is responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to engineering specifications and blueprints. This role supports production by ensuring high-quality welds on structural and mechanical assemblies using MIG welding techniques.

Responsibilities:


* Read and interpret CAD drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements.
* Fabrication and welding of steel angle, tube and plates to specification as well as plasma and flame cutting.
* Operating other equipment such as forklifts, saws and drills
* Welding piping, structural steel and other weldments
* Related material handling and completion of documentation.

Requirements:


* 1+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
* Basic math and tape measurement skills.

Core Competencies:


* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and operate material handling equipment.

Preferences:


* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to pass a welding skills test.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:


This position will be based at our site in Blandon, PA no travel.
