E-Commerce Shipping ClerkSalary Range $15.25 Hourly Level Entry Position Type Part Time Job Shift AnyDescriptionThis position is responsible for packaging and shipping orders, shelving and pulling merchandise, organizing and rearranging merchandise, and communication with all team members to ensure efficient workflow.Uphold a positive work environment that follows Goodwill's Amazing Customer Experience (ACE) culture, values, and mission in everything you do and every interaction you have with co-workers, clients, customers and management.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPacking and shipping: package and prepare all orders for shipment. Generate packaging labels and postage, check orders for accuracy.Inventory: Check all orders for accuracy including address validation. Create and fold in electronic and paper Pack Sheets for orders, keep accurate electronic inventory, accurately pull orders from inventory, electronically.Materials Handling: Shelve all listed carts onto shelves, pull all sold merchandise from shelves, check orders for accuracy, ship merchandise via preferred shipping vendor, keep selves organized.Assist customer service representative, list merchandise, maintain clean and stocked work area according to established standards.Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a professional manner, this duty is performed daily.Perform other related duties as required.Perform any other related duties as required or assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily.
