Oracle ERP Project Manager

About the Job Job description: We are looking for a senior Oracle ERP Project Manager for a 6-month contract (likely to be extended) to lead Oracle EBS implementation and upgrade projects across functional domains. Drive delivery excellence by aligning business goals with ERP best practices. This is a REMOTE position. Experience level:
- 10+ Years.
- Proven experience managing Oracle EBS (R12) Fusion projects in finance or supply chain domains.
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture, implementation methodology, and SDLC.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SmartSheet, JIRA/Confluence).
- PMP, Scrum Master or Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
- Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation and upgrade projects across Financials, SCM, and Procurement modules.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide ERP-driven solutions.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Track project milestones, prepare status reports, and conduct review meetings with clients.
