Job Location: Milpitas, San Jose, CA
Job Type: Contract
Required:
- Over 4 years of experience as Oracle ERP Cloud Administrator
- Experienced with Security Console in Oracle ERP Cloud
- Add and manage users, provision roles and data access sets based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrix defined by the business.
- Update and implement user security and roles within Oracle ERP Cloud Security based on functional documents provided by project team.
- Build custom roles by tailoring Oracle seeded roles as per the business requirement.
- Update and implement user security within Oracle ERP Cloud Security.
- Review and audit end user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Align segregation of duties and security profiles.
- Working experience on Oracle Cloud Security GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) and Certified Consultant and developed custom tools from scratch for capturing SOD (Segregation of Duties) and SOX Compliance Violations.
- Have interacted closely with Finance Teams/ Audit firms to provide SOD conflict reports/ Audit reports/ Sensitive data access reports.
- Should have through understanding of security architecture of Oracle Cloud R13 and higher, Oracle EBS R12 (Role/Responsibility design, Data access, User maintenance and Personalization)
- Demonstrate design effectiveness of IT and/or Business Process controls and operating effectiveness of controls SOX Compliance, Segregation of Duties (SOD) analysis and sensitive access (SA) analysis
- Understanding of Business Process cycles (Source to Settle; Revenue & Receivables, PLM, Record to Report).
- Support issue resolution for defects raised by users and resolve them as per defined SLA
- Oversee access management of Oracle Cloud R13 and Oracle EBS R12 (i.e. user administration, access recertification)
- Support Internal audit and External Audit
- Understand internal controls and compliance and how it relates to the overall audit
