Availability: Full-time Position Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills Takes pride and ownership in the position and property Ability to listen and react quickly to residents’ and guests’ requests in a genuine manner Have at least two years of hospitality experience Possess amazing interpersonal skills and exceptional guest service abilities Be organized, proactive, productive and self-motivated showing a positive attitude Maintain a neat and professionally well-groomed appearance Think clearly, quickly and efficiently and make concise decisions even under pressure Main Responsibilities Greet and direct residents and visitors Acknowledge all residents, visitors and vendors at all times Greet future residents and create a memorable first impression Check-in future residents and scan their ID’s prior to their scheduled tours Accurately log resident packages Notify residents when they have a package Perform package inventory audits Exceed residents' and guests' expectations by providing anticipatory service and ensuring smooth accommodation Cultivate and retain cohesive relationships with residents, guests and the onsite team Monitor lobby and package room, and maintain organization and cleanliness Assist in the scheduling and completion of all amenities’ requests including residents’ move-ins, pet walking, dry-cleaning pick-ups and drop-offs, grocery and package delivery, housekeeping, etc. Ability to maintain confidentiality Walk the premises to ensure the highest standards are being met Perform all other duties as assigned by onsite management Stratton Amenities is an equal opportunity employer.
