Outpatient Physical Therapist - New Graduate We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Physical Therapist for a full-time position. This role is perfect for new graduates looking to gain outpatient experience while providing high-quality care to our patients. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring a successful return to community activities. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective treatment plans in alignment with patient goals and physician direction. Implement and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback. Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and timely, following all compliance guidelines. Participate in the training of students and new staff, fostering a supportive learning environment. Maintain a commitment to professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional organizations. Adhere to all safety protocols, supporting a safe environment for patients and team members. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Outpatient clinical experience is required (new graduates are welcome). Current CPR certification. Active and valid physical therapy license in the state of practice. Schedule This is a 40 hours per week position with a flexible schedule.
