As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist to join our team on-site in St. Petersburg, Florida, and take ownership of high-performance Google advertising campaigns for our clients.

About the Role:

We're looking for a performance-driven Senior Google Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience managing and scaling paid search campaigns.

You'll take ownership of Google Ads accounts from strategy and campaign structure through execution, optimization, tracking, reporting, and scaling. You'll work across different industries and client objectives, manage advertising budgets, and use data to make decisions that directly impact business performance.

This is a hands-on senior role for someone who can work independently, think strategically, and take ownership of results.

What You'll Do:

• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube .
• Build campaign structures, keyword strategies, ad groups, audiences, targeting, and bidding strategies based on client objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, competitor research, and negative keyword management.
• Write, test, and optimize ad copy to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and scaling.
• Monitor performance against KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue .
• Develop and execute structured testing strategies across keywords, ads, audiences, bidding, and landing pages.
• Set up, audit, and troubleshoot conversion tracking, remarketing, audiences, and attribution .
• Work with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Analyze account and campaign data to identify performance issues and growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, copywriters, and other marketing specialists to improve ad creatives, landing pages, tracking, and conversion performance.
• Develop strategies for scaling successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
• Stay current with Google Ads updates, automation, AI-powered features, and PPC best practices.
• Communicate campaign performance, strategy, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong experience with Google Search Ads and proven experience with additional campaign types such as Performance Max, Shopping, Display, or YouTube.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, keyword strategy, bidding, targeting, budget management, and optimization.
• Demonstrated experience optimizing campaigns against ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, and revenue .
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking .
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or working across different industries is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently analyze data and translate insights into strategic decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability for campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working on-site in St. Petersburg, Florida .
• Google Ads certification is a plus.
