Dialysis Registered Nurse – Acute Care – Franklin, TN

• Location: Franklin, Tennessee
• Start Date: 10/01/2026
• End Date/Duration: 12/19/2026 (13-week contract)
• Shift: Days, Monday - Friday
• Hours/Week: 40 hours guaranteed
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Licenses/Certifications: Tennessee RN license or Compact State license, BLS, ACLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience, ICU dialysis experience required

• Pay Rate: $51/hour

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical populations
• Conduct patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis procedures
• Monitor treatment response, vascular access, and patient stability throughout treatments
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document all treatments and patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection prevention standards, and dialysis best practices
• Support a compassionate, patient-centered care environment while fostering team collaboration

Required:

• Current RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience, ICU dialysis experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types and Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care autonomously
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and assessment skills

Preferred:

• Experience in acute care settings beyond dialysis
