What You'll Be Doing✅ Overseeing daily operations of the home✅ Promoting a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment✅ Hiring, training, coaching, and supervising staff✅ Ensuring compliance with agency policies and state regulations✅ Providing leadership, direction, and positive team culture✅ Supporting medical and personal care needs when necessary✅ Helping individuals build independence and community connections✅ Working directly with the individuals we serve for 25+ direct care hours per week ???? We're Looking For Someone Who:Required:DSP CertificationAge 21 or olderStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work directly with individuals servedComfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer applicationsAbility to complete required agency trainings including Welle, CPR/First Aid, and other regulatory trainingPreferred:⭐ CRMA Certification⭐ Several years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness⭐ Previous management experience⭐ Background in healthcare, human services, housing, or specialized residential programs ???? Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalentDSP or MHRT CertificationFour (4) years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness ????
